Shipping
Top Note ships wine only within Australia. We will do our best to ship your goods within one business day, with a maximum of 3 business days from receipt of payment. Once the goods have shipped, delivery times are dependent on destination but typically 1-3 business days for express service and 7-10 business days for standard service. Freight costs are dependent on the quantity of wine ordered and its destination, however orders of 2 dozen wines or more will be shipped by standard service free of charge.
Refunds and Returns
If you receive a wine that has been damaged by the delivery process or is faulty we will replace it or refund your purchase price at our discretion. If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us as soon as practical.
